Although there is a certain social, geographic and cultural determinism, young people from modest backgrounds remain underrepresented in higher education, in particular those preparing for corporate responsibilities.
“I was lucky enough to go to NEOMA, which is a wonderful passport for a great career. I am grateful to the School for betting on atypical cultural social profiles, as mine was. I am proud and happy with my career, thanks to the School, which gave me confidence. I have kept close ties with it, it allows extraordinary meetings, which can enrich or mark your life. Meeting students, feeding on their positive energy and the diversity of their profiles is a fascinating experience! So I'd really like to give EVERY TALENT the chance to take such a program of academic excellence. For those who have had the chance, like me, to study at NEOMA and have a fulfilling professional career, the time has come to give back a little of what we have received. Do as I have done, get involved!"

Only 40% of the students in Western Europe believe that the business world is open to diversity (Universum Study 2019)
WE HAVE TO CHANGE THAT!
Several months ago, Delphine Manceau, Dean of NEOMA announced loud and clear her commitment on the subject, stating: "No student should be prevented from attending NEOMA BS for financial reasons!"
Defending equal opportunity so that the path of Excellence is open to all is a major issue, BUT NOTHING IS POSSIBLE UNLESS WE ALL JOIN FORCES!
Support the NEOMA Scholarship policy for an inclusive, empowering, challenging and considerate school.
I support diversity
For each of your donations you benefit from a tax deduction
(66% of the donation for income tax, 75% for wealth tax and 60% for corporate income tax).
With 1/4 of the students supported, NEOMA Business School is among the top 12 business schools in France in terms of funding for studies (State grants (CROUS) and apprenticeships).
That's good! But still far from enough!
NEOMA's decisions are clear and affirmed - No quota policy or negativity - the School aims for excellence by giving EVERY talent a chance.
A diversity and openness policy on several levels:
“I come from a middle-class family and my parents did not have the finances to sponsor my studies. I had to take out a € 40,000 loan from the bank. What the grant makes possible today is simply the ability to make ends meet at the end of the month. In practical terms, it allows me to buy food, clothes and computer equipment which is very expensive but which is essential for studies today. I'd like to say thank you to the Foundation from the bottom of my heart, because without your donors, I don't know what I'd do. And I hope that maybe in 4 or 5 years, I'll be a donor too!"
Guerric HINGRAY (PGE - 1st year)
A donation is also a meeting between a Beneficiary and a Donor,
Thank you NEOMA and the Foundation for making those crucial meetings possible.
It's a wonderful way of making donations more human, and going a little further towards equal opportunities for ALL.
