SOCIAL COMMITMENT: BENEFITS FOR BUSINESS AND SOCIETY

Jacky Lintignat, President of the NEOMA Foundation, met Dominique Seau (PGE 88), Chair of the EMINENCE Executive Board. He gives us his point of view as an executive, an alumnus and a citizen.

Dominique Seau began his career at L'Oréal as Product Manager, where he was appointed General Manager for Denmark and Russia. He then became Marketing Director at Danone, before being appointed General Sales and Marketing Director at Triumph. For 11 years, he has been CEO of the Eminence Group.

WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE THE SOCIAL / SOCIETAL RESPONSIBILITY OF FRANCE'S IVY-LEAGUE UNIVERSITIES TODAY?

A Grande École has the same responsibility as a modern company today in two ways: an economic responsibility (managing a budget, recruiting the best teachers to provide the best education possible) and at the same time a societal responsibility.
