Women entrepreneurs, executives and promisors

Because equal opportunity is also based on gender diversity…

Join forces for our female students

No student should be prevented from attending NEOMA BS for financial reasons!

"Excellence is a path that should be available to EVERY form of talent, regardless of a person's social or cultural background. We therefore intend to strengthen our scholarship policy so that every deserving student can join our School."  Delphine MANCEAU, Dean of NEOMA Business School

And even if things move forward, our female scholarship students, like too many women, still find it difficult to find their place in the professional world.

The concept of self-censorship applies from an early age and in particular when choosing studies. Some female students dare not choose courses of excellence for fear of not being accepted!

How can you make your place when everything, from your schooling to management, invites you to remain sagely where and what you are? How can they reconcile a career and a family without self-censorship? How can you afford quality learning when your family cannot support you? How can you develop and succeed in environments when the image of women is not that of an executive?

Helping a female scholarship student succeed is not just a question of funding her studies.

Faced with this fact and in response to NEOMA's aim to defend equal opportunity so that the path to excellence is open to all, male and female students alike, our philanthropist Alumnae and parents of students have decided to band together.

Join our circle of benefactors and support solidarity scholarships for young female NEOMA students by making a donation to the NEOMA Foundation.

Our goal is to raise € 10,000 to offer 100% of the annual tuition fees to a female student!

I wish to support young female recipients of NEOMA scholarship

For each of your donations you benefit from a tax deduction
(66% of the donation for income tax, 75% for wealth tax and 60% for corporate income tax).

"As a woman and a NEOMA graduate, it was essential for me to engage with the NEOMA Foundation so that every female student has access to the path of excellence. I invite ALL mothers of students and female graduates to join our women entrepreneur community and share your experiences, ideas and support for female students who are not fortunate enough to be able to finance their studies. They deserve it. What about it?"

Christine MARCOUYOUX (PGE 76), President of Productis, Vice-President of Neoma Alumni

"One of the driving forces in my daily work is handing on knowledge, a sense of daring, passion and opportunity. As a graduate of NEOMA, handing on also means donating to the Foundation so every student, like me, has an opportunity to access these studies. I therefore invite you to join our community and make a donation, big or small, and open the doors of the school to students who are not fortunate enough to be able to finance their studies. Thanks to every woman!"

Anne BROWAEYS (PGE 97), Marketing, Digital and Technology Director of Club Med, Sponsor of the 2022 year-class of the NEOMA Grande École Program

"I am convinced that a higher education not only helps shape a future career, but also to develop an individual on a personal level. I was fortunate to be given a quality education and an exciting life experience at NEOMA Business School, and the fact that I am a woman has never been an obstacle either to my studies or to my career. By supporting the Foundation, I want to encourage young women everywhere to to venture into the field so that their personal and financial situation does not hamper their ambitions. For me, the School of tomorrow is a School open to every form of talent. Join us!"

Isabelle TRACQ-SENGEISSEN (PGE 90), Partner at EY, Member of the Neoma Alumni board of trustees

"An inclusive society is one that accepts difference and sees diversity as a valuable asset. If the spirit of inclusion is gradually gaining ground in the corporate world, as an HR manager, I still see too many professions associated with a person's gender and social background and it is on the benches of school and university that everything starts with mental representations that can be inhibiting. By giving everyone a chance, as early as possible, we can help break down the barriers that obstruct the paths of our young people. We allow them to dare and build an Inclusive society."

Diane DEPERROIS (PGE 89), HR manager at Axa France

"Developing the place of women from various backgrounds in positions of responsibility is a major issue if we want to change the mentalities and the economic and social orientations of public and private organizations. NEOMA Business School of course has a key role to play in that equation... and as a graduate committed to gender equality and diversity for many years, supporting the scholarship project backed by the NEOMA Foundation seemed an obvious step. So that a person's financial background is not an obstacle to social emancipation, and that our School reflects an open and inclusive society."

Aline CREPIN (PGE 92) Director, Public Sector Business Unit, Randstad France Group

"Let talent speak for itself! As a woman who has become an entrepreneur, it is natural for me to help young, daring female students access excellent higher education, as well as contribute to their personal development. A donation, big or small, makes it possible to move the lines, and help deserving female students who cannot finance their studies to do so. They will thus be able to fully express their courage, audacity, goodwill, agility, resilience and ambition… within our NEOMA network, for greater gender diversity in decision-making bodies, and the greater happiness of women everywhere."

Adeline LENTZ (PGE 81), MD Gabriel Arch Consultancy, Mentoring & Coaching, Talent Ignition, and facilitator of the NEOMA Women's club

"The scholarship helped me access the international training I dreamed of, in a prestigious school like NEOMA, which also has a large-scale alumni network. With the Centre for Advanced European Studies in Management (CESEM), I can take a dual-degree course abroad at a well-known university, the Moscow International Business School (IBS) in my case. These opportunities are not all offered to students who follow less expensive courses, such as university training courses at the Faculty, which do not offer the possibility of taking courses abroad.

I am given money without asking anything in return, and without knowing who I am. That is very generous and for me is a pledge of confidence. It is thanks to these people, who know nothing about me and who owe me nothing, that I can build my future today."

Julia FERRARI, 1st year CESEM student, Rheims campus

"To make full use of my experience at NEOMA, I knew that I would need financial help because I wanted to do my academic exchange program in the United States. The NEOMA Foundation granted me a scholarship, which allowed me to significantly reduce my tuition fees, and I will be able to fully benefit from my semester in Washington! "

Jyoty RAHMAN, 1st year PGE student, Rouen campus
