- A School that develops INNOVATIVE TEACHING METHODS to train CREATIVE LEADERS.
- A School whose ambition is to create, share and disseminate rigorous and relevant research TO FACE TOMORROW'S CHALLENGES.
DISCOVER AND TRAIN NEW TALENT
Diversity is one of NEOMA Business School's core commitments. Through Excellence scholarships on the one hand, and the career support and guidance programs on the other, the School and its Foundation defend equal opportunity values by promoting access to higher education to every kind of talent, whatever their social and cultural backgrounds.
PREPARE FOR TOMORROW'S CHALLENGES
By developing innovative pedagogy

By making research a competitive cluster focused on the future
NEOMA Business School is motivated by the desire to support companies and to train future graduates for the challenges of tomorrow. Our research strategy is designed to be relevant, multidisciplinary and engaged with the key issues of organizations and society.
Leadership, organizational change and environmental analysis: NEOMA BS has made enterprise and innovation its main priorities.
By encouraging young entrepreneurs in our Business Incubator, a breeding ground for innovation
Stimulating the entrepreneurial spirit of students is a crucial aim at NEOMA Business School. Inaugurated in 2011, the School's Business Incubator provides support and assistance for young people in achieving and realizing their project to start or take over a company. In five years, nearly 50 start-ups have been launched in areas as diverse as e-commerce, the collaborative and societal economy, food, health, etc.
PROVIDING CAMPUSES WHERE LIVING AND STUDYING ARE GOOD
Over and above academic excellence, NEOMA Business School attaches great importance to life on our campuses. The challenge: to provide our students with working and living conditions that encourage their success and fulfilment through a unique experience. To do so, our campuses in Reims, Rouen and Paris provide a complete service offering, a modern and dynamic working environment, a rich social life, friendly events that promote inter-campus social life and look outwards.
Under the aegis of the Fondation de France, the NEOMA BS Foundation guarantees to all our individual and corporate backers that their donations are managed in a rigorous and transparent fashion, and strictly allocated according to their wishes. The Foundation is administered by an Executive Committee of 12 members which meets at least once per year, composed as follows:
- 3 representatives of the co-founders
- 4 representatives of the donors
- 4 qualified individuals
- The Dean of NEOMA Business School or his/her representative.
As part of its duties, the Committee applies the School's overall strategy to its fund-raising strategy. It approves the budget and decides what action to support and the amounts to be allocated to beneficiaries. It also ensures the successful implementation of the projects that are selected. Finally, it examines the accounts for the financial year and, if appropriate formulates any remarks or observations.
It is assisted in these tasks by a special team and a representative of the Fondation de France.
